Our methodology is based on 30 years of experience in clinical work.

Supporting and healing people with the powerful tools of Lymphatic drainage and specialised nutrition to regain and support immunity.

We put you at the center, not your illness and from there we examine together what throughout life has led you to the current situation.

Complete health cannot exist if we do not address the body, mind ,soul, and spirit. these elements are intertwined and constantly influence each other.

We see and address you as a whole.

The Western lifestyle and especially the human diet today, depletes the body’s strength and exhausts the immune system.
There are many theories and opinions.
The knowledge that will be passed on to you through daily lectures, through the excellent menu that will nourish you every day and the knowledge & recipes that we will share, aimed directly at strengthening all the body’s systems and restoring the body’s natural healing ability.
For example – if the body is unable to cleanse cancer cells, we will approach strengthening the organs in the body that are naturally required to do so.

The path we offer is not ascetic

It integrates into life in an organic and natural way.

The knowledge we will share with you, will provide clarity about the different opinions around nutrition and most importantly, as the days pass, your vitality and mood levels will improve and your energy levels will rise more and more.

There are no nutritional supplements here and no investment in miracle drugs, but rather nourishment from what is designed to naturally nourish our bodies

We will take the time to learn about the lymphatic system, the one that has ceased to support your body, and we will strengthen it through daily massages, nutrition and exercise.

Retreat Nutrition

From her vast and extensive knowledge as a naturopath, meditation teacher, Chinese medicine practitioner and certified massage tutor & lymphatic massage teacher, Belle developed the Elemental Nutrition.

This nutrition and knowledge allows a person to understand the body’s processes, especially the immune system, and learn about the elements that are necessary for the health of the system

Fluids

All of our body’s functions depend on fluids
Starting with the content of our bones and spinal fluid, the nourishment of our joints and the flexibility of our muscles, our sense organs and the quality of our vision, our lymphatic fluid and blood flow, our digestive system and our respiratory system, our body’s ability to urinate and defecate, our ability to express emotion through tears and release toxins through sweat.

Even if you eat relatively healthy, chances are your body is dehydrated

Our body needs fluids to function optimally, which will enter your body not only in the form of water. The body needs food that provides support for the movement of fluids, increases their density and quantity in the body
The food itself is involved in the secretion of fluids.
Today’s diet is a dehydrated diet.
Dry, salty, processed and fatty foods require huge amounts of fluids to digest, and even if we drink a lot of water alongside dry food, we will not be able to maintain the correct balance.
The consumption of coffee, green tea and many other normal substances literally dehydrated your body every day.
The nutrition knowledge we will share with you and feed you through the retreat, will bring back the sufficient amount of fluids for your body systems.

Rest

Rest is not just sleep, it is the time when the body renews and heals itself
We need to provide ourselves with high quality rest and in the retreat you will learn how to do that .

During the night, the body undergoes significant repair and cleansing processes, including detoxification of the brain, cell regeneration, protein building, and secretion of hormones essential for health. The kidneys, liver, and all organs of the digestive system are cleansed and renewed. Quality sleep allows these processes to take place efficiently, ensuring optimal functioning of the body and mind the next day.
The main healing processes at night:
Brain cleansing: While awake, toxic proteins are formed in the brain. At night, the brain undergoes a “cleaning” process in which cerebrospinal fluid flows more efficiently between the cells and carries these proteins out with it.
Cell building and skin regeneration: Nighttime is the time when the body repairs and restores daily damage. The rate of skin cell regeneration increases due to the secretion of collagen and other proteins.
Hormonal balance: The body produces and regulates essential hormones, such as growth hormone, which aid in restoration and growth.
Strengthening the immune system: Good sleep contributes to strengthening the lymphatic system and all organs of the immune system.
If our digestive system is unsettled during the nights due to the content of our dinner and the time of our meals, we are preventing the body from healing during the night.
The importance of the time and content of dinner is enormous for all body systems’ functions.
But rest is not only during the night.
Our body renews and cleanses itself during the day and we want to know what foods allow it to do this without interruption, but rather the opposite!
We want to nourish ourselves with the right materials that support healing and restoration processes.

Warmth

Our body exists under ideal temperature conditions for the functioning of the body’s systems, especially the immune and digestive systems.
Through foods and eating habits that are common in the Western world, we challenge the body to maintain the temperature that is beneficial for it, thereby greatly weakening the organs of the digestive and immune systems and damaging them on a daily basis.
Bloating, gas, stiffness of joints and muscles, chronic fatigue, the development of autoimmune diseases, the outbreak of cancer cells and an imbalance in the body’s systems and functions are reversible phenomena!
By cleansing the body of products that interfere with maintaining normal temperature and health.

Movement

Internal fluid circulation and maintaining optimal body temperature also depend on body movement.
In our ability to encourage internal movement through external movement, and in the retreat we will learn simple and wonderful methods that you can integrate into your life in an easy and enjoyable way.

After years of experience in supporting individual recovery from chronic illness, cancer, overweight and mental health problems, we can reassure you that you can learn so much in this nine days and gain the recovery you are hoping for !

Trauma and stress 
Addressing our mind – soul- spirit must be integrated in the path for full healing.
We all know that past traumas and accumulation of stress, activate our flight and fight mode and long term, damage our body function, but we don’t always know how to release it and restart our lives fresh and calm.

If you wish to feel fulfilled and in the right control of your life events and experiences, it is important you will explore what you are holding on to.
Alongside the nutrition and your daily lymphatic drainage massages, we will take the time to address your mind, soul and spirit.
We will teach you Reiki and healing touch to support yourself, we wil gently offer inner child meditation and healing to see if you have past traumas that influence and impact your life experiences, we will be there to support you when you are ready to let go.

The tools you will acquire in this unique retreat are so powerful and significant, but also simple to integrate and implement into your life.
