1. Accommodation
Accommodation provided is in shared double rooms with single or king-size beds.
We will do our best to accommodate room/bed requests and swaps where possible.
Private accommodation can be arranged in private cabin/ room or luxury glamping tent in addition costs
Request for private accommodation must be send by email at least 30 days before the start of your retreat.
2. Payments
Retreat fees:
The Path for Truth Healing (9 days) — NZD $2,850 + GST
The Path for Healthy Weight (7 days) — NZD $2,650 + GST
NZD $500 of the total amount is considered a non-refundable registration fee.
If you need to cancel your participation for any reason, you may be eligible to transfer your registration fee to a future retreat, subject to availability and our Terms & Conditions.
Payment options:
Option A – Pay in full
Pay the full amount by credit card or bank transfer upon registration.
Option B – Pay in 4 instalments
Your first instalment will be charged upon registration.
Invoices for the remaining balance will be emailed to you and paid in three equal weekly or fortnightly instalments.
Option C – Book with a friend
By booking with your partner, friend, or family member, you will both receive a 5% discount.
The discount will be refunded to your account if you pay in full, or deducted from your instalment invoices if you choose the instalment plan.
To qualify, both participants must book on the same day and mention each other’s names on the additional form.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant-initiated cancellation
To cancel your registration, you must notify us by email: info@cleansefromwithin.co.nz
The NZD 500 registration fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel 30 or more days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the retreat fee (excluding the registration fee).
If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be issued.
There is no refund for no-shows or if cancellation notice is not sent by email.
If you are unable to participate due to personal circumstances, you may transfer your booking to a future retreat intake within two years of your original retreat date.
We are not responsible if the dates or locations of alternative retreats are not convenient for you.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Retreat Cancelled by Cleanse From Within
While rare, we reserve the right to cancel a retreat for any reason.
If this occurs, we will refund 100% of all retreat fees paid, including the registration fee.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of retreat fees paid and does not include reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
4. Liability & Health Acknowledgement
Healing process & side effects
It is important that participants understand the holistic healing process and what it may involve.
During a cleanse that includes nutritional adjustments, lifestyle changes, and lymphatic support, side effects may occur in the first few days and typically settle after 4–5 days. These may include (but are not limited to):
nausea, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, weakness, and other detox responses.
The intensity and duration of side effects vary based on each participant’s condition.
The retreat team will do its best to support and alleviate side effects.
If you withdraw during the retreat, no refund will be issued; however, you may join a future retreat when you feel capable.
If you have concerns about any symptoms, we recommend seeking medical support.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering, I acknowledge and agree that:
Participation in retreat activities, treatments, meals, and facilities is voluntary.
I may refuse participation in any activity at any time.
Retreat activities may improve health, yet may also carry risks including abnormal blood pressure, physical reactions, and—in extreme cases—serious injury or death.
If I experience discomfort or side effects, I am responsible for stopping the activity and informing retreat staff immediately.
I authorise Cleanse From Within staff to seek emergency medical care for me if needed. I am responsible for any related costs.
I agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Cleanse From Within, its directors, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors (the “Releasees”) from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence or breach of duty.
I acknowledge that retreat services are holistic and supportive in nature, and not a substitute for medical treatment or medication.
Any decisions to start, stop, or modify the use of medication are the sole responsibility of the participant. Such decisions must be made independently and ideally in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. The retreat team does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for any consequences related to changes in medication.
I understand my responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
I acknowledge and understand that I have the right to ask any questions I may have, and that all of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction before participating in the retreat.
5. Photos & Media Consent
We love capturing the inspiring moments of our retreats!
Any personal data or information supplied by you as part of your course registration will be treated in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
If you wish us to avoid taking photos or videos of you, please inform us and write it on your registration form.
That will not create any discrimination in the retreat activities.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please check that box on your registration form.
No financial compensation will be provided for the use of images or recordings.
6. Agreement & Acceptance
By registering for Cleanse from within retreats, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to Cleanse from within Terms & Conditions.
I accept and understand that upon my arrival at the retreat, I will be required to review and sign a physical copy of these Terms & Conditions to acknowledge my participation and consent.
